Below terms and conditions may vary according to the mode of payment used.
These GT&Cs are effective as of November 11, 2025, and supersede all prior versions.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
1.1 These GT&Cs, together with the terms and conditions of the relevant Travel Providers, apply to any booking you make through the Site.
1.2 The Site is available only to individuals over 18 years old (“you” or “your”) for private, non- commercial use. By making a booking, you accept these GT&Cs and the applicable terms of the relevant Travel Providers.
1.3 You may not transfer any rights or obligations under these GT&Cs without our prior written consent, which may only be denied on objective grounds. We may transfer our rights or obligations without your consent, including assigning them to affiliated companies to facilitate the provision of Travel Services and/or Other Services.
1.4 For specific conditions related to your travel contract, refer to the relevant sections of these GT&Cs or contact us via email.
2. Who We Are
2.2 Services on the Site are provided by Augustine Travels India Private Limited and its affiliates (collectively, “us,” “we,” or “our”) and our Travel Providers. We act as a reseller for an IATA- accredited agent.

4. Definitions
- 4.1 The following definitions apply to these GT&Cs:
- (a) Account: The account automatically created for you on the Site during your first booking, allowing you to manage bookings, contact us, and access other features.
- (b) Booking Number: A unique 10- or 11-digit number identifying your booking.
- (c) Confirmation Email: The email confirming your purchase, containing all relevant booking information.
- (d) Company: Augustine Travels India Private Limited and any subsidiary, affiliate, or entity directly or indirectly owned, controlled by, or under common control with Augustine Travels India Private Limited.
- (e) Help Centre: The section of the Site providing travel information, booking management tools, and contact details.
- (f) Intermediation Fee: The fee we charge for mediation services, including any issuance fees.
- (g) Other Services: Non-travel services such as travel insurance, guarantees, or benefits.
- (h) Post-Booking Services: Services added after booking, such as additional baggage, seat selection, online check-in, or airport transfers.
- (i) Site: Our website, mobile website, or application.
- (j) Travel Services: Services such as flights, hotels, trains, or car rentals.
- (k) Travel Providers/Suppliers/Travel Service Providers: Entities providing Travel Services, including airlines, railway companies, tour operators, hotels, hotel chains, aggregators, and vehicle suppliers.
5. Contracts and Services
- 5.1 Our Intermediation Service and Purchase of Travel Services
- 5.1.1 Through the Site, we provide search and intermediation services for Travel Services and/or Other Services, acting as an intermediary for your selected purchases.
- 5.1.2 A purchase is any confirmed order for Travel Services and/or Other Services with an obligation to pay.
- 5.1.3 Unless otherwise stated, purchases of Travel Services are contracted directly with the Travel Providers. We do not enter into the contractual relationship for such services unless expressly indicated.
- 5.1.4 When booking via the Site, the contract is between you and the Travel Providers, not us, unless otherwise indicated. For claims related to Travel Services and/or Other Services, we act solely as an intermediary, and the Travel Provider bears ultimate responsibility.
- 5.1.5 We assist in procuring Travel Services and/or Other Services on your behalf, subject to the Travel Providers' terms, which may limit or exclude liability. You must review the applicable Travel Providers' terms, particularly regarding cancellations.
- 5.1.6 By using the Site, you authorize us to act as your representative in procuring services from Travel Providers and processing payments, charging our Intermediation Fees accordingly.
- 5.1.7 Your contract with us for intermediation services is separate from your contract with Travel Providers.
- 5.1.8 Prices displayed include Intermediation Fees. Additional products/services will be detailed before purchase.
- 5.1.9 Intermediation Fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for services fulfilled upon booking confirmation, except in cases of our error.
- 5.1.10 In the India, for bookings paid with an Indian credit card or without insurance, services are provided by Augustine Travels India Private Limited.
5.2 Booking Process
- 5.2.1 After completing the booking process, you will receive an email confirming receipt and processing of your request.
- 5.2.2 Upon confirmation with Travel Providers and payment processing, you will receive a Confirmation Email with the Booking Number, at which point the contract forms.
- 5.2.3 Confirmation is subject to Travel Provider approval and full payment.
- 5.2.4 If the order cannot be processed, we will notify you via email. Contact us immediately with any concerns.
- 5.2.5 Your Account is created automatically using the email and name provided in your first booking. Set a password via instructions or the "Forgot Password" option. Maintain accurate information; you are responsible for Account security.
- 5.2.6 We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent bookings and will attempt to contact you or your bank.
- 5.2.7 The Confirmation Email formalizes the agreement and is stored in our records for access upon request.
- 5.2.8 All bookings are paperless; no physical tickets will be issued.
- 5.2.9 We may create a virtual email for managing specific bookings.
- 5.2.10 Optional or special requests (e.g., meals, disabled facilities) are passed to Travel Providers but not guaranteed. Confirm directly with Providers. Such requests may delay ticketing and risk price increases or unavailability.
- 5.3 Price
- 5.3.1 Final prices, including breakdowns, are confirmed before you click "ACCEPT AND PURCHASE."
- 5.3.2 If payment issues arise (e.g., invalid card, erroneous fare), we will notify you within 48 hours (or 24 hours if travel is within 48 hours) and provide instructions.
- 5.3.3 Prices use daily exchange rates and may vary. Taxes fluctuate accordingly. Rates are fixed at purchase start and apply to modifications/cancellations.
- 5.3.4 For post-pay bookings or currency conversions, your card provider's rate applies.
- 5.3.5 Banks may charge foreign transaction fees; we are not liable.
- 5.3.6 Prices include GST where applicable, varying by destination and customer type.
- 5.3.7 Obvious pricing errors are not binding; we may cancel and refund, or offer the correct price.
- 5.4 Payments
- 5.4.1 Use only accepted payment methods listed on the Site.
- 5.4.2 Confirmation requires payment receipt.
- 5.4.3 You authorize us to use payment details for purchases, refunds, and Post-Booking Services. Details are encrypted per PCI standards.
- 5.4.4 Invalid payments: We provide instructions; failure to comply may prevent processing, with no liability on our part.
- 5.4.5 Some airlines charge directly; payments may appear separately.
- 5.4.6 Enter card details per order for security.
- 5.4.7 Additional fees may apply for certain methods (e.g., corporate cards), detected automatically.
- 5.4.8 If paying with another's card, you confirm permission; documents may be sent to the cardholder.
- 5.4.9 Payment details must belong to you; you accept responsibility.
- 5.4.10 Cancellations/refunds depend on Travel Providers' rules. Contact us before chargebacks; we reserve dispute rights.
- 5.4.11 Request invoices during booking or later (limited details post-issuance). Invoices cannot be modified post-issuance due to tax rules; use Confirmation Email as proof.
6. Terms and Conditions Relating to Travel Services
- 6.1 Travel Services are provided by us and our Travel Providers. Contact us or refer to relevant sections for details.
- 6.2 Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
- 6.2.1 Changes, cancellations, or refunds depend on Travel Providers' terms, typically tied to fare type.
- 6.2.2 Request via Account, Chatbot, or Help Centre; not by email.
- 6.2.3 We assist in checking eligibility and managing requests, charging up to Rs:500/- (or equivalent) per person/booking for intermediation, plus Provider fees. Non-changeable fares incur no fee.
- 6.2.4 Initial Intermediation Fees and Other Services are non-refundable.
- 6.2.5 For airline-initiated changes/cancellations, contact us; you authorize us to claim refunds, charging up to Rs:500/- (or equivalent) per passenger (waived if ticket price ≤ fee). Low-cost fares often non-refundable.
- 6.2.6 Exceptions (e.g., subscription member benefits) may waive fees.
- 6.2.7 For no-shows, we may request tax refunds, charging Rs:500/- per passenger.
6.3 Flights
- 6.3.1 Flight services provided by us as intermediary; contract with airline, subject to their terms.
- 6.3.2 Review airline policies (e.g., baggage) on Site or airline website.
- 6.3.3 Transport contract with airline; issues (delays, cancellations) are airline's responsibility.
- 6.3.4 Carry printed Confirmation Email; some airlines charge for unprinted boarding passes.
- 6.3.5 Combined one-way flights mean separate bookings; changes to one do not affect the other.
- 6.3.6 Check passport/visa requirements; we are not responsible.
- 6.3.7 Entry formalities vary; obtain information pre-trip; we are not liable for non-compliance.
- 6.3.8 Refunds received by us are passed within 7 days.
- 6.3.9 EU Regulation 261/2004 applies; airline responsible for rights.
6.4 Hotels
- 6.4.1 Standalone hotel services by Augustine Travels India Private Limited.
- 6.4.2 Contract with Provider if not managed by us; issues are Provider's responsibility.
- 6.4.3 Review Provider policies on Site.
- 6.4.4 Carry Confirmation Email.
- 6.4.5 Refunds received by us passed within 7 days.
- 6.5 Flight+Hotel, Package Travel, or Other Combinations
- 6.5.1 Provided by Augustine Travels India Private Limited.
- 6.5.2 In EU, combinations may qualify as Package Travel under Directive (EU) 2015/2302, granting rights; we act as organizer. Contact for terms.
- 6.5.3 Outside EU or non-qualifying, separate contracts with Providers.
- 6.5.4 Additional services post-booking do not qualify as packages.
- 6.5.5 Linked arrangements: Protection for our insolvency refunds payments; no Provider insolvency coverage.
6.6 Trains
- 6.6.1 Provided by Augustine Travels India Private Limited as intermediary; contract with railway company.
- 6.6.2 Review policies on Site or company website.
- 6.6.3 Transport contract with company; issues their responsibility.
- 6.6.4 Refunds received by us passed within 7 days.
6.7 Cars
- 6.7.1 Provided by Travel Provider; contract with rental company.
- 6.7.2 Review policies.
- 6.7.3 Rental contract with company; issues their responsibility.
- 6.7.4 Valid license (≥12 months) and credit card required; we not liable for non-compliance.
6.8 Travel Insurance
- 6.8.1 Recommended; contract directly with insurer per policy terms.
- 6.8.2 Two contracts: (a) with insurer for coverage; (b) with us for mediation (premium + taxes + fee).
- 6.8.3 Review policy pre-purchase.
- 6.8.4 Costs non-refundable.
- 6.8.5 We are authorized to advise/arrange insurance.
7. Terms and Conditions Relating to Other Services

8. Law, Jurisdiction, Claims, and Dispute Resolution
- 8.1 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- 8.1.1 Governed by Indian law. EU residents may invoke national consumer law.
- 8.1.2 Submit to non-exclusive Indian court jurisdiction.
- 8.1.3 No English translation required; no liability for translation costs.
8.2 Claims and Alternative Dispute Resolution

9. Data Protection
- 9.1 We process personal data for services, including intermediation, booking management, Account handling, and subscriptions.

- 9.4 Verify identity via security questions if needed.
- 9.5 You are responsible for third-party data provided.
- 9.6 Use official contacts only to avoid fraud.

10. Other Terms
- 10.1 Modifications
- 10.1.1 We may modify GT&Cs; version at booking applies. Current version on Site.
10.2 Your Obligations
- 10.2.1 Use services in good faith, per laws; no abusive/fraudulent use.
- 10.2.2 We may verify, deny access, cancel, or claim damages for misuse.
- 10.2.3 Reserved for over-18s, private use.
- 10.2.4 No assignment; we may transfer without consent.
10.3 Your Behaviour
- 10.3.1 No inappropriate/offensive/damaging behaviour.
- 10.3.2 We/Providers may cancel bookings; no refunds/compensation; you liable for costs.
- 10.3.3 Liable for diversions; possible return denial.
- 10.3.4 No liability for others' behaviour or withdrawn facilities.
10.4 Limitation of Liability
- 10.4.1 Site "as is"; reasonable skill in maintenance, no guarantees.
- 10.4.2 No liability for damages from Provider contracts.
- 10.4.3 Exempt for force majeure.
- 10.4.4 No representations on third-party information; some cached.
- 10.4.5 No warranties; exclusions per law.
10.5 Updates and Previous Versions
